Be our apprentice!

An apprenticeship at Waggonbau Graaff is your gateway to an exciting career. You will learn everything about the design and construction of tank cars and special valves within the VTG Group. As a trainee, you will be an integral part of our company: We see well-qualified junior staff as indispensable to our future success.

To make your career choice easier, Waggonbau Graaff offers the opportunity of a school or introductory internship. This will give you an insight into our company and a chance to get to know the various aspects of our work.

 

  • Dual study course: Bachelor of Engineering in construction technology (m/w/d) 
  • Construction mechanic (m/w/d)
  • Industrial manager (m/w/d) 
  • Business informatics manager (m/w/d)

Your apprenticeship will introduce you to the different activities of Waggonbau Graaff. We also take an active interest in your individual interests and preferences. Highly qualified instructors with many years of experience will teach you all necessary skills and knowledge. Each individual makes a valuable contribution to the success of this company.

Expert staff will accompany, support and encourage you throughout the whole of your apprenticeship. Regular meetings also provide valuable feedback. Advanced training courses – to earn a welding certificate, for example – can be attended as early as the second year of your apprenticeship.
